We invite you to join us for our 5th annual Practitioner Training Weekend taking place on 1st and 2nd July 2017, in Wakefield. Come and immerse yourself in an interactive weekend of learning led by Emma Lane and our team of expert tutors.
In a new format for 2017, you will be taken on a journey of discovery to solve a challenging client case. To begin with Emma will introduce you to a complex yet common client case study which will form the overarching focus of the weekend.
Throughout the weekend Emma and the IHE team of expert tutors will share their specialist knowledge and skills through exclusive training sessions related to their field. During these sessions you and your fellow practitioners will gain more information that will enable you to solve the client case study and the tutors will share with you how they approach a complicated client case and create successful outcomes.
Topics that will be covered over the weekend include:
- current effective development to wellbeing;
- new approaches and developing technology for detoxification;
- understanding the effects of medications and supplements;
- optimal use of blood test results in clinic;
- exclusive product training on new and exciting practitioner only products available from Emma’s web based supplement shop Holistics Online.
What can you expect?
- Gain valuable knowledge and experience in a relaxed and friendly setting;
- Interact with likeminded practitioners in a unique learning environment;
- Develop your clinical skills in our problem solving sessions;
- Participate and be supported through an interactive case study with our expert tutors;
- Gain insight and the skills from our tutors as they show you how they each work through complicated case studies and create successful outcomes;
- Take away great tools to use within your practice immediately.
We are also inviting students to submit their own case studies. One will be chosen prior to the weekend and the chosen case study will be worked through by you and our experts, giving you access to our tutors knowledge and invaluable experience.
Don’t forget that you also have the opportunity to renew you first aid certificate on the Friday with Ian and Debbie. A rather more interesting and fun way to keep your essential training up to date! PCI Europe (www.parasitetesting.co.uk) will be hosting a free practitioner training on the Friday evening too. So if you want to learn more about parasites and be able to utilize tests from the only specialist parasite testing lab in the world sign up now.
Let’s be social
Let’s not forget one of the highlights of the weekend, which is the grass fed, free range BBQ on the Saturday night. With live music too, there is no better way to end a day of learning! As Emma is taking a sabbatical in 2018 there will not be a practitioner training weekend in 2018, so come enjoy the fun this year.
