Graeme Jones BA (Hons), ACSM, AMPhysoc
Graeme is a health physiologist with 10 years of experience within the medical, health and fitness industries. He currently consults from two private health clinics in London and one in Stockholm. He works proactively with a number of corporate organisations to promote healthy behaviours and is a consultant for Axa PPP Healthcare. Graeme also consults for Parasitology Centre Inc. Europe, which is thought to be a world-leader in parasite testing.
Graeme also works with a number of European Tour professional golfers, supporting their health and wellbeing to ensure disease and sub-optimal performance are kept at bay.
His main focus is to help people understand how their lifestyle habits are positively or negatively influencing their health goals, whether that is to increase energy, lose weight, eliminate digestive complaints or accelerate their physical recovery from injury or surgery. Graeme designs bespoke strategies that are easily implemented and provide the support people need along their journey to improved health.
Prior to starting his own business, Graeme ran one of the largest private hospital health assessment departments outside of London at the Nuffield Hospital, Hampshire. His intense clinical training enabled him to work alongside many doctors, consultants and fellow physiologists delivering in–depth health assessments. He has worked closely with corporate organisations such as IBM, JP Morgan Chase and ExxonMobil. This work saw him work to not just reassure staff, but to be a catalyst for sustainable behavioural change that proactively managed employees’ health. He also has a keen interest in how the body is influenced by the many different forms of stress.
