Understanding Parasites

PCI logoAn opportunity to learn from the World renowned Parasitologist Dr Omar Amin – Two day lecture series.

Dr Amin is an internationally recognised authority in the field of parasitology, with more than 200 major articles and books published in American and foreign professional journals on human and animal parasites.

Day One

During the first day of this exclusive weekend Dr Amin will take you on a guided tour of parasites in his full day presentation – Understanding Parasites.

You will gain an understanding of the laboratory tests and procedures used at the Parasitology Center Inc. (PCI), in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr Amin will introduce you to the common misdiagnosis’s and mistreatment and the impact on public health. You will be taken through example test results and shown how to interpret the results to create the optimal outcome for your clients. Dr Amin will take you through the systematic treatment of protozoan and helminth parasites, emphasising epidemiology and exposure, the symptoms gross pathology and the herbal and allopathic remedies including the safe and successful use Freedom, Cleanse, Restore – Dr Amin’s own anti-parasitic, fungal and bacterial herbal product.

This presentation will be extremely interesting as well as at times interactive, enabling attendee’s to have a thorough learning experience. Interesting case studies will be reviewed and questions from attendee’s discussed.

Day 2

Part 1 – Understanding Pathogenic bacterial infections in humans

At the Parasitology Center, Inc. (PCI), Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr Amin and his team come across a number of patients with GI symptoms suggestive of parasitic infections that turn out to be free of parasites. Follow up tests for pathogenic bacteria using swab culture tests showed that practically all of these patients were infected with pathogenic bacteria that products symptoms similar to those known in classical parasitic infections.

Infections with pathogenic bacteria isolated from the human intestine, skin, and other body tissues will be discussed. Cultivated swab cultures are quantified on a scale of 0 (no infection) to 4 (heavy infection) using the Serial Dilutions for Viable Plate Count (SDVPC) method. Findings are classified in 2 categories: (1) gastrointestinal, including E. coli, Klebsiella, Proteus vulgaris, Shigella, Salmonella, Vibrio sp. Citrobacter freundii, and Campylobacter sp., among others, and (2) skin, urine, and mucoid surfaces, including Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Enterobacter sp., Enterococcus sp., Candida sp., among others. The option of treatment will be discussed including the important sensitivity and resistance to antibiotic recommendations. Sensitivity test results give lists of recommended antibiotics based on each individual patient’s sample in 4 categories from most efficacious to least efficacious. Resistance test results give a list of antibiotics to which the patient’s infections have developed resistance.

Part 2 – Neuro-cutaneous Syndroms (NCS) and Morgellons

Dr Amin reports that he is seeing an increasing number of patients with pathogenic bacterial and fungal infections associated with recurrent open skin sores/lesions and with crawling  and tingling (pin prick) sensations, often interpreted as and confused with the presence and movement of parasites under the skin and in body cavities.

The presence of parasites could not be substantiated upon thorough testing. Patients were classified by health care practitioners as delusional. They were, however, found to be genuine clinical cases but not of parasitic infections.

Through studies of hundreds of patients since 1996, Dr Amin has been led to the discovery of a new disease, Neuro-cutaneous Syndrome (NCS), also previously reported as Morgellons. This is a dental toxicity disorder caused by the use of incompatible dental materials including, but not limited to, liners, bases, cements, sealants, adhesives, composites, bonding agents, root canal, denture, and etching materials during routine dental procedures. NCS is an epidemic in disguise. Patients will show variable degrees of hyper reactivity depending on their level of sensitivity to the toxicity of dental material(s) used. The symptoms, toxic dental materials used, and mode of their action, and associated opportunistic infections are discussed. Testing and treatment protocols are presented along with a number of case histories highlighted with photos of patients before and after rehabilitation. The PCI Inc. program and protocol for treatment will also be presented. All patients who have followed and completed our treatment protocol have invariably recovered and samples of their testimonials will be included.
